Document the next action
Keep requests, lease records, vendor proposals and owner decisions connected to the property. Identify the responsible person and what information is still needed.
Review the actual records
Discuss reporting frequency and review supporting documents when questions arise. Marketing, screening and repairs are processes; they do not guarantee rents, occupancy or returns.
